1. Delivery Areas
We ship nationwide across Pakistan, including:
- Punjab
- Sindh
- KPK
- Balochistan
- AJK & Gilgit Baltistan
All orders are shipped via trusted courier partners.
2. Processing Time
Because our oils are freshly prepared, please allow:
1–2 working days for order processing
(Preparation + bottling + packaging)
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Within Punjab: 2–3 working days
- Sindh & KPK: 3–5 working days
- Balochistan, GB, AJK: 4–7 working days
Delays may occur due to weather, strikes, road conditions, or courier load — these are beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be shown at checkout.
Charges may vary based on:
- Order weight
- Customer location
- Courier rates
We aim to keep shipping costs as low as possible.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan.
Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
6. Order Confirmation
After placing your order:
- You will receive a confirmation message/call
- Orders with incorrect or incomplete details may be delayed
- If we cannot verify details, the order may be cancelled
7. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you may receive:
- A tracking number
or - A WhatsApp message with delivery updates
You can track the progress through the courier’s website or helpline.
8. Failed Delivery
Your order may be returned to us if:
- You don’t answer courier calls
- Delivery is refused on the doorstep
- Incorrect/incomplete address
- Customer unavailable at the address
In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
9. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Take clear photos/videos
- Contact us within 24–48 hours
- We will replace or refund your order based on our Refund Policy
