Since our products are natural, handmade, and cosmetic items, we follow a careful refund and return policy to ensure hygiene and product safety.


1. No Returns on Opened or Used Products

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened bottles
  • Used products
  • Bottles with broken seals
  • Products damaged after opening

This is to ensure that every customer receives a fresh, safe, and uncontaminated product.


2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement only if:

✔ The product arrived damaged

(e.g., broken bottle, leakage)

✔ The wrong product was delivered

(e.g., you ordered Onion Oil but received Fenugreek Oil)

Return requests must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.


3. Required Proof for Return

To process a return, you must provide:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Unboxing or package-opening video (recommended)
  • Order number and your contact details

This helps us verify the issue and replace the product quickly.


4. Refund Method

If eligible, refunds may be issued as:

  • Replacement product
    or
  • Full refund to your bank account or mobile wallet

Refund method will be mutually decided based on the situation.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You changed your mind after receiving the product
  • The product did not “suit” you (results vary by person)
  • Aesthetic differences in color or smell (natural batches vary)
  • You entered incorrect address or contact details

Natural products can vary slightly from batch to batch — this is normal.


6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.


7. Shipping Costs

If a return is approved due to our mistake (wrong item/damaged item), we cover the return shipping cost.

If the mistake is from the customer’s side (incorrect address, not receiving calls, refusal on door), return shipping charges will apply.
